Business Data Analyst

What you’ll be doing: * Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data, reporting, and analytics solutions * Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards to support operational performance, KPIs, and strategic decision-making * Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement * Create and maintain data models and reporting frameworks to enhance data quality and accessibility * Develop Tableau visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights in a clear and actionable way * Support ad hoc data requests, providing timely and accurate analysis to stakeholders * Identify and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements * Collaborate on cross-functional projects, supporting business initiatives and data-driven strategies * Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems and reports What we’re looking for: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or data visualization * Strong proficiency in SQL (TSQL/MySQL) and experience working with relational databases * Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred) and advanced Excel skills * Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences * Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed * Experience in data modeling and business process improvement is an asset Why work with us Homewood Health is Canada’s largest and leading service provider for medically focused, evidence-based treatment of mental health and addiction disorders.
