Inspire Greatness POSITION SUMMARY As an IT Support Intern, you’ll help keep our IT systems running smoothly for all employees. You’ll support users by resolving technical issues, setting up equipment, and helping with IT requests. You’ll work with a team, learn new skills, and contribute to a positive work environment. MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE JOB Receive and respond to IT support requests by phone, email, web, or in person. Document user information and details about each issue for tracking and asset management. Use IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (like ServiceNow) to record, track, and resolve problems. Escalate complex issues to senior analysts when needed. Access online resources and internal knowledge bases to help solve problems. Set up user accounts, configure hardware, and provide basic training for new employees. Help deactivate accounts and collect equipment when employees leave. Support virtual machines, operating systems, and related services. Assist with collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom) and mobile devices (iOS, Android). Participate in team activities like knowledge sharing, quality assurance, and process improvement. Be available for rotating schedules if required. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Enrolled in a college or university program in computer science or a related field. Friendly, customer-focused, and eager to learn. Basic knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint, and mobile platforms. Familiarity with Microsoft and General Administrative technologies like Active Directory, Azure/Entra AD, DNS, and Exchange, and experience of ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar). Able to troubleshoot basic network issues. Enjoy working in a team and sharing knowledge. Legally authorized to work in Canada. Requirements

Candidates must be enrolled in a computer science or related college or university program. Proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems is required, along with a customer-focused attitude.
