Job details

Project Description Join Hiredbuddy as a remote Web Developer and build modern, responsive websites and web applications. Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Ideal for entry-level developers eager to grow their skills in a supportive environment. Full Description Hiredbuddy is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Web Developer to join our remote team. As an entry-level developer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of web projects, ranging from simple marketing sites to complex interactive applications. You will be an integral part of the development lifecycle, working closely with senior developers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless, user-friendly experiences. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about coding, eager to learn new technologies, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using a modern tech stack. You will write clean, well-documented code, participate in code reviews, and ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards. You will also collaborate with the design team to implement responsive layouts that work across various devices and browsers. As part of your daily tasks, you will debug and troubleshoot issues, optimize page performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will also have the chance to work with RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and manage database interactions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and a working knowledge of at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Vue, or Angular. You should be comfortable with version control systems like Git and have experience using development tools such as npm or yarn. While backend experience is a plus, it is not required; we are looking for someone who is eager to expand their skill set and take on challenges. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and to actively contribute to the team's knowledge sharing. At Hiredbuddy, we value collaboration and communication. You will participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. You will use collaboration tools like Slack, Jira, and Zoom to coordinate with teammates across different time zones. We encourage a culture of learning, so you will have access to mentorship from senior engineers and opportunities for professional development. We also believe in a healthy work-life balance and offer flexible working hours. If you are ready to kickstart your career as a web developer in a supportive, remote-first environment, we would love to hear from you. Join us in creating innovative digital solutions that make a real impact.
