As a Developer Manager in iOS Glasses System Experiences, you will lead a team of Software Developers building the core next-generation user interface for Glasses. Working closely with other developers you will set strategic direction and oversee execution to land novel user experiences that enable users to interact with the world in new and delightful ways. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Own technical roadmaps by balancing projects with strategic value that anticipate stakeholder needs with launch requirements, applying a data-driven decision making approach. Ensure launches are delivered on time and at a high degree of quality by building for testability, setting and measuring of KPIs, assisting with complex issue triage, and meeting compliance launch criteria. Empower the team to build experiences through resource planning and advocacy, technical mentorship, innovative workflow improvements utilizing AI, and architectural oversight. Manage cross-functional relationships both inside and outside of XR at Google to ensure we deliver the best of Google services.
