Role : Guidewire ClaimCenter Lead Location : Toronto ON - Hybrid Job Summary: Join our team as a Guidewire ClaimCenter Solution Designer and Tech Lead, where you'll bring deep Guidewire and Jira expertise to design and deliver innovative insurance solutions. We're looking for a lead with 10–15 years of experience to play a pivotal role in integrating Guidewire products and advancing our digital offerings. This hybrid role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects that drive business transformation and deliver real value to our clients. Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Guidewire products to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire ClaimCenter with other suite components. Use Jira to manage project tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Develop and maintain Guidewire tools and accelerators to streamline processes and improve system performance. Provide technical expertise in Guidewire Studio to customize and extend application functionality. Oversee integration of the Guidewire Insurance Suite with existing systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Lead development of digital portals using Guidewire Digital Portal to enhance user experience and engagement. Champion best practices under the Guidewire Work Model to optimize project outcomes and resource utilization. Conduct regular system performance assessments and recommend improvements for reliability and scalability. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications for development teams. Mentor junior team members to support their skill development and growth. Stay current on industry trends and Guidewire advancements to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge. Contribute to the company's strategic goals by delivering solutions that improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Qualifications: Guidewire Associate or Guidewire ACE certification required; certification on the Palisades release preferred. Extensive experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite integration and its core components. Proven proficiency with Guidewire ClaimCenter and related tools for claims management. Strong background in Jira for project management and task tracking. Expertise in Guidewire Studio for application customization and extension. Familiarity with Guidewire Digital Portal for building user-friendly digital interfaces. Solid understanding of the Guidewire Work Model for efficient project execution.
