Support day-to-day operations of the Microsoft technology environment, including Windows Server, Azure, and Microsoft 365, under the guidance of senior team members. Assist with patching, monitoring, account and access requests, troubleshooting tickets, documentation, and small automation or continuous-improvement tasks.
