Flatgigs

Flatgigs is a talent business for the teams building AI across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. We're based in Dubai and hire globally across eight disciplines: Research, Engineering, Product, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Not-for-profit and Board seats. A CV records what a person has produced and says almost nothing about what produces them, so we look past it. For businesses, we scope every role against the number it is meant to move, then look at how a person thinks under pressure, how honestly they read themselves, and whether they are still becoming. For candidates, it's one test, once: the Instinct Test, 15 real scenarios that travel with you to every role. Then you get a dedicated talent lead and a straight answer every time. Bring us the plan, and we will bring the people.
