Candidates must have over 7 years in software development, including at least 3 years in technical leadership or architecture with hands-on Individual Contributor (IC) time, demonstrating experience building distributed systems at scale. Essential technical requirements include proficiency in modern web architecture, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), IaC, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and strong command of stacks like Python, Node.js, or Go, along with AI/ML integration experience.
