Provide day-to-day technology support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and coordinate user accounts, onboarding, and offboarding. Manage IT assets and software licenses, document and coordinate service requests with vendors, and support meeting-room technology while helping improve technology processes and reduce risk.
