SAP Basis Administrator
POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The business technology services department (BTS) is responsible for the support and delivery of IT services to Cameco's global workforce.
In this role you will play a key technical role in the administration, support and future expansion of the Cameco SAP environment from a Basis perspective. You are a quality and results oriented individual with the ability to suggest and implement improvements and automation to improve the quality and efficiency of services delivered.
You will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment in addition to scheduling and executing SAP transports. The SAP Basis Administrator is responsible for the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of a diverse SAP business and technology portfolio including ERP, S/4HANA, SF, GRC, MII, SMP, BI, Gateway, HANA, Portal, Solution Manager, Fiori, and other SAP software solutions.
Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical profession
• Five to eight years of SAP Basis experience in a large scale SAP environment
• SAP S/4HANA, Suite on HANA, or HANA implementation and administration
• Any SAP technical certifications
