Project Manager

The Transformational Services team is a fun, dynamic and fast-paced team who deliver change at 3sHealth and for the Health system. The team is looking for a tenacious, positive individual to join them as a Project Manager, helping to transform health care in the province.
The Project Manager, who is self-paced and team-oriented, will use the 3sHealth project delivery framework to ensure projects deliver timely measured results using a systematic, transparent, and collaborative approach. Alignment with continuous quality improvement methods is a key feature of 3sHealth's work environment and project framework.
Reporting to the Director of Transformational Services, the Project Manager will be required to:

• Manage multiple complex IT and health projects concurrently.
• Run Request for Proposals (RFPs) in conjunction with the provincial contracting team.
• Understand the impact of technology integration as it relates to the change from current to future state.
• Consider effective change management as a key success factor in the project.
• Engage with health system leaders at multiple levels to effectively plan and implement projects.
• Actively contribute to the maturity of 3sHealth's project delivery framework.
  

• Bachelor degree in business administration, computer sciences; or a related field and a minimum of five years related experience at a Project Manager level; or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• A Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute (PMI) or PRINCE 2 designation, is preferred;
• Agile Experience or Certification
• Certification in Business Analysis/Change Management/Continuous Quality Improvement or Six Sigma is an asset.
• Health care experience is preferred.
