FCC Management Software experience welcomed
Provide practical and technical support to users of AgExpert Analyst Field Manager PRO and FCC AgExpert. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada's official languages.

What you'll do:

  • Answer customer questions and provide suggestions about AgExpert Analyst Field Manager PRO and FCC AgExpert
  • Develop and update content for the FCC Management Software Online Community
  • Promote FCC Management Software during customer calls
  • Resolve customer issues in a thorough and professional manner

What you'll need:
