Main responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for managing activation projects for new manufacturing customers making the jump in Industry 4.0;
  • Be responsible for the technical aspects of activation and expansion projects;
  • Configure the different systems;
  • Set the application according to the specification of the sales contract and to the business sector of the customers;
  • Provide ongoing technical support (level 2): incident management, problems and service requests;
  • Work closely with the development, sales and customer success teams;
  • Participate in various internal technical projects.

The skills needed to be successful at Worximity:

  • A college diploma or university degree in industrial electronics, computer science, telecommunications, or equivalent;
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience;
  • Confortable working outside of typical office hours;
  • Travel regularly to clients (Canada - USA);
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Customer service experience in B2B context;
  • Knowledge of protocols such as DHCP, NTP, DNS and TCP/IP;
  • Experience with the Linux domain;
  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English);
  • Experience in continuous improvement in manufacturing (an asset);
  • ITIL certification (an asset). network
