What will you be doing?

  • Respond to technical support requests (levels 1 and 2) from our customers via our ticket management system;
  • Analyze and resolve problems by offering quality customer service and by properly documenting files;
  • Analyze and redirect more complex problems to the appropriate teams;
  • Assis in the configuration of the different systems and the shipping of material during the installation and activation of our new clients;
  • Configure the application according to the specifications of the sales contract and the client's sector of activity;
  • Collaborate closely with the software development, sales and customer success teams.

The skills you'll need to be successful at Worximity:

  • A technical training (DEP, DEC, AEC) in industrial electronics, computer science, telecommunications, or equivalent;
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Knowledge of networking concepts;
  • Confortable working outside of typical office hours, when needed;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Customer service experience in B2B context;
  • Knowledge of Zendesk, or equivalent (an asset);
  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English). network
