Tasks/Responsibilities

The Team Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the IT Support team while ensuring performance, service quality and departmental optimization.

Manage the team to achieve the company’s goals;

Contribute to the implementation of best practices in IT Support;

Identify key performance indicators and ensure team performance;

Ensure respect and management of the budget.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as Team Manager – IT Support
  • Good knowledge of a ticketing system
  • Leadership and customer service skills
  • DEC in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingual (French and English).
