The Support Specialist will be in a hybrid position between technical support and programming. He will ensure a good customer service and resolve the company’s IT issues.
Process tickets submitted by different customers and provide support (in person/remotely);
Deploy products and configure electronic tags for customers;
Install and maintain Windows, VmWare, and other servers;
Configure IP addresses for computer equipment;
Program the electronic labeling system as needed;
Participate in special IT projects.
