The mission of this sector is to define, through analysis and risk management, cybersecurity strategy and controls to be implemented to ensure the protection of informational assets. The cybersecurity group also aims to ensure the compliance, integrity, confidentiality and availability of the organization's information systems and data.


  • Monitor and investigate the cybersecurity alarms and events of the IT systems;
  • Ensure and coordinate the detection, management and remediation of vulnerabilities discovered on the IT systems;
  • Participate in the activities to ensure the respect for applicable laws and compliance;
  • Participate in security incident investigation and response activities;
  • Analyze and approve requests for derogations to information security policies;
  • Administer and evolve the various cybersecurity tools (eg SIEM, ATP, Vulnerability Scanner, WAF, etc.);
  • Participate in development and implementation of cybersecurity strategic plan;
  • Conduct research on cyber security threats, products and services;
  • Provide cybersecurity analysis and recommendations for IT requests, initiatives and projects;
  • Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of the cybersecurity framework;
  • Participate in the production and presentation of cybersecurity performance indicators to senior management;
  • Establish, structure and maintain cybersecurity documents;
  • Collaborate in group 24/7 support activities.


  • Pertinent university degree and technical certification;
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field of cybersecurity;
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft security suite (CASB, ATP, EDR, SIEM, Defender O365);
  • Knowledge of laws and compliance related to cybersecurity (PCI DSS, GDPR, PIPEDA, etc.);
  • Knowledge of methodological frameworks or standards (NIST-CSF, ISO27002, COBIT, ITIL);
  • Rigorous, responsible and respectful;
  • Ability to work in a team, under pressure and autonomously;
  • Ability to work from home;
  • Good judgment in assessing risks and threats;
  • Bilingualism, French / English, oral and written.
