In this role, you carry out software automation and quality assurance activities.

You develop, update, implement and track action plans, solutions and tools related to IT services. You advise and assist practitioners and the organization's units regarding your line of work.

Our administrative department plays a prominent interdepartmental role in delivering office system projects for all Desjardins users (55,000 PCs, laptops, tablets, etc., and nearly 2,000 software programs). More specifically, you play an advisory role to support operations, processes and optimization. Since collaboration is the key to success, we're counting on your ability to deliver under pressure as an outstanding team player. You're an advocate of simplicity by focusing on solutions, identifying ways to streamline processes and promoting continuous improvement to make department practices more efficient, thereby providing better service to our clients.

Lastly, you're detail-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills. You share your knowledge, are a strong team player and have good communication skills.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities

  • Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to support testing phases, implementation strategies and quality assurance testing; inform decision-making; and monitor the application of management policies and practices. Analyze risks, prepare reports, propose solutions, make recommendations, and provide advice on how to implement recommendations
  • Prepare and recommend action plans and address issues in accordance with rules and parameters
  • Actively help develop, implement and update management policies, practices and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
