The Digital Solutions, AccèsD Department works in Agile mode to deliver innovative solutions for our members and clients. This young and dynamic team is comprised of several squads.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will contribute to IT efficiency. You design, configure, administer, maintain and upgrade computer networks, management systems and database servers in accordance with the organization's needs.

Your role will consist in analyzing and diagnosing complex issues and situations. Working closely with scrum masters and programmers, in Agile mode, you will contribute to squad engagement.

You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical.

You are called upon to interact with various parties working in complementary areas of expertise related to technologies

Additional responsabilites

  • Collaborate as a resource person with resources involved in planning, organization, and follow-up activities for technology projects and roll-outs. Coordinate project alignment and manage projects and deliveries with all stakeholders, adapting relevant documentation and communications.

  • Ensure the quality and monitoring of and adherence to test phase timelines; oversee implementation strategies and various quality assurance tests to ensure that they comply with and integrate harmoniously into all technology platforms.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement; propose and recommend solutions to develop and optimize work methods and processes

  • Gain an understanding of projects and specifics, develop test scenarios, carry out various quality assurance tests and ensure that sites meet the needs expressed

  • Coordinate roll-outs, serve as a resource person for collaborators, ensure monitoring for various developers and quality controls and present progress reports

  • Identify situations that could have a major impact on the quality of deliverables and provide feedback to collaborators and partners. Monitor action plans and ensure the execution and implementation of appropriate corrective measures.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in quality assurance

  • Experience in the automation of related tests and tools (an asset)

  • Experience in the development and follow-up of testing strategies
