Summary

The dormakaba Project Services Lodging team is looking to hire an exceptional Project Manager that will play a key role supporting strategic Mobile Key deployment projects with the goal of delivering exceptional customer experience with every project, while we deliver on time, within budget and within scope.

Accountabilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of System Implementation Specialist, and confirm that we are delivering on commitments with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Manage operational and strategic projects. [Global chain programs, multi-site modernization, large-scale global rework ...]
  • Contribute during the development phase [Charter, Process, R&Rs and Statement-of-Work]
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the relevant customer contacts and all stakeholders and Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage changes to the project scope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
  • Identify areas of improvement, implement lessons learned and continuously work to improve Customer-Account-Employee Experience.
  • Monitor ISO processes relating to Project Services. Ensure processes are up to date and provide training to the team to ensure process is understood and followed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify KPI based on business rules, service level commitments, and strategic objectives. Create and share reports/dashboards updating stakeholders on important KPIs
  • Achieves Divisional Financial Objectives by meeting spending projections; anticipating planning requirements, contribute to budget preparation; monitoring costs; reviewing and approving invoices.
  • All other task related to this position.

Requirements

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree ideally BEng or B.SE with certification or studies in Project Management
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Project Management [system implementation / IT sector is an asset]
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in supervising a technical team
  • Experience in Program Management is a definite asset
  • Previous Technical Support / Help Desk Support experience is an asset
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory, Spanish is considered strong asset
  • Solid organizational skills: able to manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities at the same time
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a strong working knowledge with Excel, MS BI and able to cross reference, knows how to look up and analyze data
  • Commitment to 25% travel time. [or more, to resume when the CV-19 pandemic is over].
