As Product Owner, you represent the voice of the client in projects and are responsible for the member/client experience. You assemble a range of products and services with a consistent process to ensure a positive member/client experience. You work closely with the project promoter and the business analyst to ensure that the solution meets user needs and the project's expected benefits are delivered. You manage relationships with the project's various stakeholders. Your ability to engage others is therefore an essential skill.

You lead and influence your squads' specialists and stakeholders in planning and development projects, feasibility studies, and complex, highly innovative strategic interventions involving multiple sectors. In this regard, you help develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions.

You make recommendations on the development and execution of initiatives and projects that have a very high degree of operational and conceptual complexity, and that have a major impact on the business sector's orientations. These require analysis and an overall, in-depth understanding of the business and the organization. Coordination is critical. You must interact with a very large number of stakeholders working in a variety of fields of expertise.

You serve as an expert advisor and subject matter expert as well as a resource person and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies.
