Tasks/Responsibilities

The Administrator will be responsible for helping businesses achieve their goals by providing technical support.

MORE PRECISELY

Ensure quality, integrity and manage the update rollout cycle;

Provide SAP application expertise in the points of sale;

Implement new POS applications;

Provide expertise in file transfer and manage activities that are related;

Provide 2nd level support on all undocumented POS problems;

Document and update the call center database.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a POS Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems
  • Knowledge of file transfer technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingual (French and English).
