What is the Opportunity
We are looking for an IT Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in computer science, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional technical service while coordinating technical support activities.

What you will do 
  • Support Coordination: Coordinate technical support activities to ensure swift and effective resolution of incidents and user requests;
  • Incident Management: Supervise the analysis, resolution, and documentation of incidents and user requests;
  • Maintenance Oversight: Ensure maintenance and deployment of hardware and software equipment, in collaboration with the technical team;
  • Inventory Management: Supervise the recording and updating of hardware and software inventories;
  • Technical Assistance: Provide level 2 technical support and act as a point of contact for complex issues;
  • Training and Advisory: Provide technical guidance and train employees on software usage, workstations, smartphones, and video conferencing equipment;
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track system performance and prepare regular reports on support activities and incident management.
What you will need to succeed
Experience and Knowledge 
  • College Diploma (DEC) in Computer Science or a related field;
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in technical support or a similar role;
  • High level of proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive);
  • Thorough knowledge of Active Directory and Intune;
  • Good understanding of information security practices.
Skills and Abilities 
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Good organizational skills and time management.
