Objectif Lune is seeking for an Infrastructure Administrator to join its IT team to answer service requests from international users and address several challenges in terms of selection, deployment, maintenance and administration of corporate applications and systems.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the administration and support of infrastructures.
  • Suggest and implement policies and procedures for deployment, use and access to applications.
  • Manage security (firewall).
  • Implement and support new virtual servers.
  • Administer and maintain corporate applications.
  • Diagnose and solve issues regarding software configuration and use in the company.
  • Respond to service requests from internal users and document interventions.
  • Create and maintain user accounts in all corporate systems.
  • Evaluate new technologies and assist the IT team in the execution of projects (deployment, migration, etc.).
  • Participate in the research and choice of new applications that meet functional needs; document requirements and assess compatibility with existing systems.
  • Document processes and train users.

YOUR PROFILE

  • We work in French but most of our communications with our international colleagues are in English. It is therefore a must to be fluent in both languages.

YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in computer science or another relevant field
  • 2 to 3 year of experience in a similar job

WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

  • Montréal (HoMa), QC
  • Flexible hours from Monday to Friday but influenced by projects and requests
  • Occasional work outside regular hours (including weekends) to perform maintenance
