The ERP Support Analyst will be responsible for providing ERP support to internal clients as well as participating in the implementation of the ERP system.
Analyze and understand users’ needs;
Act as a reference person for ERP support to employees (more than 300 users);
Ensure the proper functioning of the ERP ecosystem including its interfaces (EDI, BI, accounting system);
Follow-up and close various tickets;
Test ERP features and write test scenarios to ensure quality and performance at the delivery stage;
Ensure the link between local teams (Production, R&D, Logistics, Finance, etc.).
