As a Documaker administrator, you maintain and develop Oracle Documaker systems and infrastructure. You configure, administer, maintain and upgrade solutions in accordance with the organization's needs.

You analyze and help diagnose issues in accordance with your discipline's rules. You respond to low-complexity development and correction requests. You provide opinions based on your discipline's rules and help develop recommendations and implementation plans. You develop tools, methods and processes and prepare the required documentation. Your projects and initiatives require comprehensive knowledge of your line of work.

You share ideas and solve problems using your analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of the line of business and ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields.

You provide discipline-specific support to your unit, clients and partners.

You are dedicated to the quality of deliverables, you're able to manage ambiguity and tight deadlines and you escalate issues that can't be resolved at your level.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource person for the project team to configure and operationalize Oracle Documaker Entreprise Edition in accordance with project requirements

  • Serve as the resource person to inform the supplier of requirements

  • Challenge proposed solutions to find the best solution for the project

  • Work with stakeholders (designer, subject matter experts) to implement IT solutions

  • Edit forms and scripts in Documaker Studio

  • Support a team of graphic designers in creating and maintaining forms

  • Investigate problems and propose solutions

Other working conditions

  • Workplace: Currently regular telework because of the pandemic. Position located in Lévis or Montreal, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work

  • Number of jobs available : 1


  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with Documaker (an asset)

  • Development experience using software packages
