The Marketing Solutions Administrative Department reports to the Digital Capacity Division, within the Desjardins IT Department. The AD is aligned with Desjardins Group's marketing to ensure technology leadership at an early stage and in the execution of projects. The work is performed in a multi-channel context based on simplification of the client experience. At the crossroads of marketing and technology, the team is made up of technology experts focused on the acquisition and engagement of Desjardins members. General Information on the Position
Design solution architectures, align the various architecture components and support the other experts involved within the context of large-scale, innovative initiatives and projects.
Analyze, develop and recommend functional, organic and technology solutions and priorities. Therefore, in-depth knowledge of the technology as well as the ability to anticipate innovations and optimize work processes are key skills.
Advise clients and the various stakeholders on integration and alignment matters, which requires the ability to communicate effectively and to demonstrate a keen understanding of the needs of those concerned. The nature of the files requires in-depth and extensive knowledge in your field.
Advise, plan and implement technology solutions pertaining to client acquisition capacities and management of client satisfaction
Support and guide clients in analyzing and defining their needs, in determining their aims, and in selecting and assessing the appropriate technological solutions
Conduct studies and complete the positioning, feasibility and detailed design phases, and make appropriate technological recommendations
Develop, produce and apply conceptual and logic models as well as the design, implementation and integration strategies
Ensure cross-sector alignment of the decision-making bodies involved in projects and provide the necessary support and follow-up
Coordinate the activities required for ensuring the quality, performance, reliability, availability and continuous improvement of technological systems and solutions
Develop and carry out the department's business plan. The department is a key player in Desjardins Group's digital shift
Implement innovative solutions development and management practices in order to accelerate the digital shift and facilitate change management as well as talent attraction and retention
Help define development requirements and ensure that technology design and execution is in line with business objectives. Ensure the performance, accessibility, efficiency and profitability of the solutions rolled out
Play an active role in the implementation, development/upgrading and leveraging of the technological capabilities required to support modern, sophisticated marketing functions and an unparalleled unified omni-channel client experience in a cross-functional context. These capabilities specifically include client satisfaction management, client interaction management, and the development of communication and interpersonal skills
In support of members and clients, make comprehensive use of the member/client data ecosystem by growing and enhancing it in accordance with regulatory and legal constraints
Other working condition
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
