Community Specialist

The role

The community specialist's mission is to create a sense of belonging among the members to make their experience in our coworking space personalized and out of the ordinary. Each community specialist has a defined role in community management. The tasks related to the role of community specialist are divided into 3 components: sales, operation and hospitality. Community specialists will develop knowledge in these three areas.



  • Participate in event management and take part in external networking events
  • Make sure the space is clean and well maintained;
  • Connect with community members and develop a custom link
  • Integrate new members monthly into space and participate in an orientation presentation


  • Show the space to potential members: share the offer, values ​​and mission of the company 
  • Offer a personalized solution to current members who want to grow their teams
  • Take care of inventory management and be on the lookout for availability
  • Identify the needs of potential members to propose a customized solution
  • Ensure constant follow-up with potential members
  • Connect with local organizations and participate in networking events for the purpose of prospecting


  • Be a direct support for resolution of queries from members
  • Support the preparation of the moving and moving procedure
  • Manage the inventory of beverages (coffee, fruity water, beer) and inventory of related products


  • Welcome new members in a personalized way in space
  • Be responsible for organizing events in the space
  • Make a list of networking events each week and ensure the participation of team members
  • Support activation of key cards and manage physical keys

Experience and requirements

  • Bac or equivalent
  • Have 2 years or more experience in sales, event organization, operations management or customer service
  • Speak and write fluently English and French
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great organizational skills and ability to multitask at the same time
  • Interest and understanding of entrepreneur communities
