  • Manage initiatives and lead the team in support of the sponsor and PO.
  • Facilitate problem-solving, manage roadblocks and mediate conflicts.
  • Break down silos, foster teamwork and serve as a liaison and facilitator in a multi-platform delivery context (Agile and Waterfall).
  • Protect the team from outside disturbances and manage pressure.
  • Help the team self-organize and streamline work while promoting continuous improvement.
  • Be attentive and available, and encourage communication, openness and recognition.
  • Report on the progress of projects or products in conjunction with the PO.
  • Help create a work environment that fosters project success.


  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field

  • PMP, PMI-ACP certification or graduate degree in project management (MPM, specialized graduate diploma in project management)

  • Experience in project management or program management
  • Experience in a large organization with a complex structure and a political climate (a major asset)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall and Agile)
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (an asset)
  • Advanced proficiency in French (essential)
  • Strong teamwork skills and drive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal kills
  • Sound ability to deal with ambiguity
