General Information on the Position
Additionnal responsibilities
Using the team's preferred tools, help automate infrastructure components to provide and deliver infrastructure services to other groups of expert administrators.
Design solutions that reflect the "Infrastructure as Code" philosophy using a set of standardized Ansible/TOWER tools, in a highly virtualized environment on an internal infrastructure.
Pursue your growth within the Infrastructure squads responsible for Linux practices at Desjardins Group, with a focus on development, proactivity and middleware services, to meet the group's objectives for stability, innovation and productivity.
Work closely as a team with other expert colleagues to tackle challenges together in a spirit of technological exploration.
Develop and provide support for automation tools and mechanisms provided by the infrastructure services as part of projects or operational activities.
Draft, update and enhance ever-changing documentation on operations or projects.
Train and assist co-workers in the development, improvement and advancement of automated functions, be it for new solutions or improvements to existing solutions.
Propose and participate in the development of innovative, next-gen solutions.
Suggest and participate in improvements to security practices, while overseeing the quality and substance of implemented solutions.
Participate in incident resolution while ensuring the stability of critical solutions supported by Desjardins Group's Linux experts.
Help develop technologies by offering suggestions, advice and expertise, for both solutions and methods (standards and practices).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
A minimum of four year of relevant experience
Experience working on projects in large organizations
Experience administering middleware, such as WebSphere or WebLogic
