What our expectations are

By joining us you will be part of our DT team based in Longueuil that focus on delivering IT solutions for the Operations organization particularly for the Logistics and Supply Management business units. As well you will be a key contributor to the recently started Digital Transformation at PWC. The Functional Analyst will assess, propose, plan and perform all activities to deliver SAP base IT projects. Your responsibilities will be to find and propose innovative solutions enabling process automation, leveraging best practices and technologies within the company applications processes and architecture.

You will be need to :

  • Understand enterprise problems, business processes and goals.

  • Analyze business needs and help articulate clear requirements.

  • Estimate, plan and deliver all size type of IT projects. 

  • Respect project timelines and budget.

  • Validate that solutions meet business requirements.

What your day to day will look like :

  • Work closely with Solution Architecture, SAP Competency Center and Business subject matter experts.

  • Ensure systems integration of SAP MM and SRM with other SAP modules across suite of core applications.

  • Configurate SAP, mainly in MM and/or SRM modules.

  • Create/develop documentation related to projects, flow-charts, activity profiles and scripts, configuration specifications and other related documentation.

  • Work in a multi-vendor environment and oversee vendor activities.

  • Ensure that adequate knowledge transfer has happened from the project development team to the post go-live support team.

  • Identify, evaluate and implement continuous business improvement opportunities that are enabled by SAP functionality and related bolt-on applications to promote best practices and drive business benefits.

  • Embrace opportunities to learn new technologies and platforms.

Qualifications required: 

  • Bachelor degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience working with SAP products

  • Experience with SAP MM, and/or SRM configuration.

  • Participated or led project teams to deliver SAP solutions based on Logistics and Supply Management processes

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Strong communicator with good facilitation skills

  • Open-minded, flexible approach to consider options/alternatives


  • Bilingual (English and French, spoken and written)

  • SAP certification (asset)

  • Experience with SoH and/or S4 Hana definitely (asset)

  • Knowledge of other SAP modules like PM (asset)

  • Familiarity with Export Compliance regulations (asset)

  • Familiarity with Web technology, SAP portal, PI, Web industry standards (asset)

  • Project Management skill set (asset)

  • Understanding of programming languages and debugging tools in ABAP (asset)
