As a windows middleware administrator for the Windows middleware team, you provide user support and assistance for IT applications, including installation, configuration, best practices, issue resolution, service request management, and IT and technical incident management. You help keep IT equipment up and running, particularly through server administration.

You provide discipline-specific support to your unit, clients and partners.

Additional responsabilities

• Work within the IT infrastructure squads responsible for Desjardins Group's Windows middleware practices, with a focus on development and proactivity, to meet the group's objectives for stability, innovation and productivity
• Help address and resolve problems and incidents
• Participate in and assist with rollouts
• Develop, update and improve documentation
• Recommend and help implement security practices
• Help advance the field
• Design and help implement solutions that embody the Infrastructure as Code philosophy
• Design and customize automations with a focus on continuous delivery
• Recommend and help develop innovative solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience

• Expertise in Windows Server 2016 to 2019
• Expertise in Microsoft IIS middleware, .NET Core, SharePoint, CRM and SSRS

• Expertise in Microsoft Azure and Office 365 (SharePoint)
• Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps
• Sound knowledge of automation and PowerShell
