This is an exciting opportunity for the IT Change Management Analyst to contribute meaningfully to these priorities.

Reporting to the Team Leader – Project and Change Management, you will coordinate the development and integration of change management activities into projects that include changes to business processes, systems and technology. This collaborative role will involve working closely with members of the Asset and Infrastructure, Application, Development and Client Services teams to implement change management strategies that maximize stakeholder adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.

As an IT Change Management Analyst, you will ensure that the appropriate governance and controls are in place to facilitate successful execution and delivery of business outcomes, from overseeing research and documentation of change initiatives, to collaborating with the Project and Change Management team to design, implement and support a standards-based change management infrastructure.

In charge of leading the change management aspects of project delivery, you will assemble, manage, mentor and coach project team members, design change management workflow and configure change management information system to align with the established governance framework, as well as research and create technical training manuals for change management information system and methodologies.

With a focus on ensuring that roles and requirements are well understood by all in order to achieve results, you will design and deliver training to staff and other key stakeholders, design and facilitate workshops, and coordinate the dissemination of accurate, timely information to stakeholders, in addition to designing project tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring and tracking deliverables.


Your profile as a qualified IT Change Management Analyst will include:

  • A university degree in related studies or equivalent.
  • CCMP/PMP Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in the use of change management principles, methodologies and tools in a large organization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of change management frameworks such as Kotter and ADKAR.
  • Experience in project management, project evaluation and budgeting at a similar organization.
  • Experience in strategic planning and risk management.
  • Experience in social networking and working with diverse stakeholders and resource groups.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including report writing.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, conflict resolution and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel.
  • Current ITIL Certification is preferred.

Rate of Pay: $72,674 - $85,029 per year - pending job evaluation.
