The Director, Product is responsible to drive the strategy and product development, including the analysis of opportunities, evaluation of competitor offerings and the design and implementation of new offerings. The Director is also accountable for achieving revenue and expense targets and facilitating relationships with internal partners including marketing and sales to ensure targets are met.


  • Support Residential Solutions business development in order to balance revenue growth with customer satisfaction and experience

  • Translate ideas into concrete strategies, products and/or processes. Manage the execution and delivery, provide ongoing support for the business and monitor success of new products.

  • Participate in strategic discussions insights on product development, business growth and impact to the customer

  • Collaborate with business partners to drive customer experience

  • Grow and strengthen relationships with key customers to ensure customer needs are being met

  • Develop a team that is responsible for supporting the customer and be able to analyze data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas of optimization

  • Support new products by management of delivery and being the key liaison with marketing, sales, operations and other internal partners as necessary

  • On an ongoing basis, create and perform risk, claims, revenue and pricing analysis to determine the viability and profitability of a product, as well as the creation of the business case for new offerings.

  • Perform market and competitive analyses in order to monitor and stay abreast of current market trends and issues, identifying business opportunities, assessing competitive offerings and anticipating changing needs.


  • 7 to 10 years of experience in Senior Product roles

  • B2B Product relationship management

  • Proven ability to lead

  • Degree in Business

  • Strong analytical ability
