Role Summary

The Junior Programmer Analyst role is to plan, design and maintain data collection systems that support core functionality and reporting within the organization. The Analyst role is also to assist with the development and deployment of new applications that are in alignment with business objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Works with key stakeholders in analysis, design, implementation, and testing of deliverable opportunities
• Develops, maintains, and supports PowerBi reports, Power Automate processes and Power Apps consistent with defined processes
• Coordinates with the Developer for any custom programming supporting Power Platform solutions
• Provides detailed and accurate documentation
• Provides informed and formal training for key stakeholders
• Performs, documents, and maintains the audit schedule for I.T. processes
• Takes technical direction from senior staff
• Provide system expertise in data collection techniques that meet client data traceability and production performance reporting
• Work with other departments to create/collect/display meaningful KPIs and other key measurements from production using existing data collection systems
• Evaluate business problems and processes, evaluate requirements, scope, functionality, priorities – provide recommended solution alternatives in alignment with business objectives
• Assists with monitoring and enforcing Company standards
• Ensure that area is clean, tidy, organized, and a safe workplace at all times
• Perform other duties as required

Key Qualifications/Requirements

• Degree/Diploma or current Certification in Computer Technology program
• Minimum 2 years experience with similar technology (co-op experience eligible)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate and Power Apps)
• Experience with SharePoint Server 2010, SharePoint Designer, and SharePoint Workflows
• Experience with InfoPath form creation and publishing
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge in the .net Framework, .net Core and C# development language
• Ability to write and understand existing complex MS SQL queries
• Strong oral and written skills
• Strong analytical skills
