Position: IT Technician
Status: Grade I (Non-Union)
Salary Range: $59,190.01 - $75,468.30 per year
Home Location: Main Library
Position Summary
The IT Technician position is a non-union position that acts as a super-user with access to all network and personal files and folders within MPL's domain. The position is responsible for providing technical support to all internal departments at MPL. The position will take the lead on day-to-day IT management which includes, but not is limited to: active directory administration, regular system patching, producing technical documentation, security administration and delivering IT training.
