About the Job

We’re looking for someone to bring in project management experience and the ability to create scalable end to end processes for our multi-team projects. We operate an Agile approach to software development and require someone with multi-discipline capabilities that span business and technology to help us plan, organize and report on activities across our development organization.

We think it is awesome if you live somewhere outside of Canada, but please note the preference for this role is located remotely from anywhere in Canada, or in our beautiful head office in Victoria, BC.

Some tasks you’ll be taking on

• Plan and execute projects that achieve the company’s desired results
• Create scalable processes for managing and overseeing projects
• Address important questions at the beginning of projects including sketching out goals, scope and known risks
• Assist project scrum masters to help them achieve their goals and remove their roadblocks
• Communicate roles and expectations to the team including how change management is handled across projects
• Monitor progress and identify emerging risks and roadblocks
• Create project summaries in preparation for presentation to key stakeholders
• Make sure all deliverables have been met and the projects have been finalized

You are

Looking to make an impact and create scalable processes and communicate collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders with varying degrees of technical expertise. You’re passionate about using data to inform decisions and working on projects that have a direct impact on customers and helping businesses grow.

Ideally, you should have

• A track record of successful project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
• Be able to organize multiple projects across multiple teams and communicate timelines and progress
• Ability to communicate and engage with technical teams and internal stakeholders
• Understand business software and its ability to visually communicate state of projects - diagramming, scheduling, project management tools
• Successful track record of coordinating between multiple project stakeholders
• A technical background - experience in technical positions or companies
• Hands on experience with Agile methodologies
