The Applications Specialist is responsible for all of the College's business applications including installation, configuration, upgrades, maintenance, security and licensing. This position is also responsible for identifying gaps to software service delivery and will design, develop and implement effective enterprise business solutions where needed to fill those gaps.
The Applications Specialist will provide 3rd level support in incident management to provide resolutions to software application issues and other requests for software service. The Applications Specialist will provide assistance in root cause analysis on all software disruptions to service. This position is also responsible for updating service support documentation as well as conducting training sessions for users.
