The Radio Access Network Engineer will support network performance, stability, and delivery through planning, configuration, and integration activities. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute network changes and maintain technical documentation for modernization projects.

The role focuses on the planning, design, tuning, and optimization of 4G and 5G radio access networks in multi-vendor environments. Key duties include analyzing performance data and drive-test results to improve network coverage, capacity, and overall quality.
