Job Title: Sr. Java Full Stack Developer Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire Type: 3 days/week onsite (hybrid) Location: Mississauga, ON L5R 0B8 Required Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in application development Proficiency in React and JavaScript Good understanding of Java frameworks and API integration Experience working with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture (knowledge of Core Java a plus) Ability to review, understand, and integrate code effectively Strong problem-solving skills with an understanding of how to build efficient, scalable digital solutions Experience mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance without management responsibilities Self-motivated with a proactive approach to development tasks Excellent communication skills and ability to independently manage full development cycles
What you’ll do

Requirements
Requires 7–10+ years of application development experience, proficiency in React and JavaScript, and experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and API integration.
