Provide on-site IT and operational technology support for the Lachine manufacturing facility, resolving incidents involving computers, software, networks, control systems, cybersecurity, and equipment connectivity. Maintain and document operational technology networks, coordinate with production teams and vendors, support other sites remotely, and contribute to training, audits, and compliance.

Provide on-site IT support and serve as the primary escalation point for the Lachine manufacturing facility, while also supporting other locations remotely. Maintain and improve OT networks and IT/OT infrastructure, including hardware deployment, cybersecurity, vendor access, compliance, training, and technical documentation.

Apply statistical and machine learning methods to business challenges involving demand forecasting, pricing, product optimization, promotions, and operational planning. Develop analytical models and tools, visualize findings, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to turn insights into practical recommendations.
