Let's Talk About The Team The Brightree Analytics team delivers customer-facing analytics solutions that help providers make better decisions, improve operational performance, and achieve superior patient and business outcomes through data-driven insights. Let's Talk About The Role The Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in the design and development of Brightree's analytics products. This individual helps define the metrics, data models, benchmarks, visualizations, and insights that power customer-facing analytics experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, healthcare domain understanding, and product thinking to create analytics solutions that address meaningful customer problems. Responsibilities Analytics Product Development Partner with Product Managers to define analytics product requirements and customer use cases. Develop metric definitions, KPIs, benchmarks, and analytical methodologies that underpin customer-facing analytics products. Design scalable reporting frameworks and insight-generation capabilities. Validate analytics requirements with customers and internal subject matter experts. Customer & Market Understanding Work closely with product managers and customers to understand operational challenges and information needs. Translate customer workflows and business processes into actionable analytic requirements. Support product discovery activities through data analysis and customer research. Analytics Design & Validation Define and document business logic for analytics products. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of metrics and calculations used in customer-facing products. Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to validate analytics functionality and outputs. Product Growth & Continuous Improvement Measure customer adoption and effectiveness of analytics capabilities. Identify opportunities for new insights, benchmarks, predictive metrics, and decision-support functionality. Support roadmap planning through analysis of customer needs and market opportunities. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Economics, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in analytics, healthcare data, business intelligence, or data products. Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets. Experience defining KPIs, business metrics, and reporting frameworks. Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements. Experience working within software product or SaaS environments. Preferred Healthcare analytics experience. Experience designing customer-facing reporting or analytics products. Knowledge of benchmarking methodologies and performance measurement frameworks. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics platforms. Familiarity with cloud data platforms and modern data architectures. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $129,000 - $161,000 USD. For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
