Job Role: Software Developer - ERP / Case Management (Peoplesoft HCM modules development experience) Location : Toronto, ON/Onsite Position Type : Contract Role Start Date 2027-01-04 End Date 2027-10-05 5 days Onsite in a week Note: Peoplesoft HCM modules development exp is a must. Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 90-94/Hr (Depending on the experience) Must Have: Peoplesoft HCM Knowledge and Integration: Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM operating systems, delivered application functionality, configurations and packaged application integration, focus on modules Absence Management, Time & labour as well as Benefit and payroll; Knowledge of PeopleSoft security, workflow, and tools such as PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, and Data Mover. Provide and deliver technical solutions within large-scale ERP systems (Oracle Peoplesoft), supporting business process automation which achieves service delivery excellence and drives efficiencies. Knowledge of Oracle database management systems and application database administration Be part of an agile, self-directed, multi-disciplinary team that includes managers, senior solution designers, software developers and IT professionals with business expertise. Provide technical expertise to deliver advanced and complex digital solutions in all phases of SDLC, including design, implementation, testing, and maintenance in multi-platform environments. Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations allowing clients to explore data and discover business insights independently. Constantly and passionately learn emerging technologies, best practices, toolsets, and others to deliver state-of-the art digital solutions. Requirements

PeopleSoft HCM module development experience is mandatory, with knowledge of Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, Payroll, PeopleSoft security, workflow, and related PeopleSoft tools. The role also requires Oracle database knowledge and the ability to deliver complex solutions across design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
