BettingJobs is hiring a Senior Software Engineer a global leader in online gaming, to join a new backend engineering team in Toronto. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance .NET backend services Build and manage real-time data pipelines and integrations. Extend legacy systems to ensure stability and backward compatibility. Diagnose and resolve production issues Oversee the deployment lifecycle and CI/CD processes. Requirements: 5+ years of .NET development experience. Strong background in distributed systems and microservices Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka), REST APIs, gRPC, or WebSockets Proficiency with Redis, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred) Skilled with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana) Comfortable with complex business logic and high ownership roles Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience Bonus: Experience with financial/trading domains, test automation, GitOps/CD tools, or actor model frameworks.
