This position involves supporting a critical migration project focused on content validation and platform transition from Opentext Team Site to SharePoint. The successful candidate will play an essential role in ensuring data integrity, functionality, and quality throughout the migration process, contributing to a key initiative for the bank. Pay rate range (CAD): $41.28/hr – $49.54/hr Responsibilities Validate migrated content against legacy data to ensure accuracy and completeness Test the functionality of the new intranet platform to confirm seamless operation Identify challenges, troubleshoot scripting issues, and address migration errors Document and report defects, ensuring all issues are tracked and resolved Support migration readiness by checking procedures, scripts, and content sequence Re-test to verify all updates and corrections are successful Ensure all tables, attachments, and content transfer correctly without loss or errors Collaborate with team members to improve process workflows and address any content gaps Clearly articulate issues and findings to technical teams and stakeholders Maintain meticulous documentation of validation procedures and results Desired Skill-Set Minimum of 4 years experience in content validation or migration projects Proven experience with Opentext Team Site and SharePoint platforms Strong testing and defect documentation skills Excellent command of English, both written and verbal Critical thinking and high attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Effective communication skills, especially for articulating challenges and solutions Nice to Have Knowledge of HTML coding Prior experience with similar platform migration projects Banking or large enterprise environment experience BeachHead is an equal opportunity agency and employer.
