We are a non-profit organization with more than 625 individual and 35 honorary members representing more than 185 member firms. Our member firms are predominantly located in the Metro Vancouver area, but also reach as far as Prince George, the interior and Vancouver Island. More than 80 percent of our members work in small law firms of 15 lawyers or less. Provide advanced technical support and act as an escalation point for complex hardware, software, application, access, and network issues. Improve service delivery through incident analysis, documentation, coaching, training, project support, and adherence to security and IT controls.

Provide Tier 1 help desk support by troubleshooting requests received by phone and email, resolving end-user application and peripheral issues, and providing rotating after-hours on-call support. Set up and support meeting-room conferencing, computers, and office phones, and maintain the firm’s desktop, mobile device, identity and access, security, and collaboration technology environments.
