Role: Senior Consultant – AI Security Service Management Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension/Conversion) About the Role Our client, a leading Bank, is seeking a Senior Consultant – AI Security Service Management to support enterprise-wide AI security initiatives. This role sits within the Cyber Security – Security Service Management team, responsible for ensuring AI and Agentic AI applications are secured in alignment with enterprise frameworks and regulatory standards. This is a high-impact role focused on hands-on implementation, automation, and operationalization of AI security controls across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support rollout and operationalization of AI and Agentic AI security tools Automate AI security testing, risk assessments, and workflows Integrate multiple security tools and platforms Conduct AI risk assessments, model scanning, and red teaming activities Develop documentation including playbooks, procedures, and RACI models Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI Governance, MLOps, AppSec, IAM, Network Security) Evaluate vendors and support proof-of-concepts (PoCs) Contribute to enterprise AI security standards and continuous improvements Must-Have Requirements 8+ years of experience in Information Security / Cyber Security 2–3+ years of experience in AI Security, AI Risk, or AI/ML environments Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible or similar) Proven experience building and maintaining automation workflows Experience integrating multiple security tools Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts (Generative AI, Agentic AI, model lifecycle) Experience working in regulated environments (financial services preferred) Strong documentation skills (playbooks, workflows, procedures) Scripting experience (Python, Bash, YAML) Strong understanding of security controls, risk assessment, and remediation Experience working with vendors and validating tools Nice-to-Have Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent Familiarity with: NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF) ISO/IEC AI standards (e.g., 23894, 42001) ServiceNow (workflows, integrations) Experience in AI governance, ethics, or model risk management
