Avanciers Incorporated is hiring a Senior Guidewire Developer, PolicyCenter Upgrade (French Bilingual) for one of our clients. Job Title: Senior Guidewire Developer, PolicyCenter Upgrade (French Bilingual) Job Location: Montreal or Quebec City (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6+ Months Compensation Range: $80 - $90 per hour This is an active job and application deadline is October 15, 2026 (This posting may close earlier if a suitable candidate is found) Working Hours: 37.5 hrs. per week Job Description Guidewire PolicyCenter on-premise development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Gosu, configuration, and data model. Real-world experience with Guidewire upgrades, including minor-version upgrades or migration to Guidewire Cloud using the Guidewire Upgrade Tool. Ability to perform code-level impact analysis, identify incompatibilities, and detect potential regressions during upgrades/migrations. Advanced knowledge of the PolicyCenter data model and Guidewire InsuranceSuite architecture, preferably with Guidewire 10.x experience.
