Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled: Senior Business Systems Analyst (Guidewire) - PolicyCenter & BillingCenter to join our team for an exciting long-term contract with one of our esteemed clients, based in Toronto, ON (Hybrid/ 3 Days in week) Role. Senior Business Systems Analyst (Guidewire) - PolicyCenter & BillingCenter Toronto, ON (Hybrid/ 3 Days in week) Contract 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management. Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter Cloud implementations, enhancements, and integrations. Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter Cloud Certification is required. Strong skills in BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, UAT support, and defect management. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe) and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders. Insurance domain experience preferred, with knowledge of policy administration systems, rating engines, pricing systems, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Requirements
Candidates must have over 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and hold a Guidewire PolicyCenter or BillingCenter Cloud Certification. Experience in the insurance domain and proficiency in Agile methodologies are highly preferred.
