Role Summary<br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px">The Integration Specialist will design, build and support integrations required for the Flexera to ServiceNow migration and ongoing ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB ecosystem. The role will focus on IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, import sets, transform maps, MID Server, ETL, authentication, error handling and monitoring across Flexera and enterprise source systems.<br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px">2. Key Responsibilities<br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px">?<span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Design and implement integrations between Flexera, ServiceNow and related enterprise systems supporting ITAM, SAM, HAM and CMDB processes.<br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px">?<span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Build and configure REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub spokes/actions, scripted REST APIs, import sets and transform maps.<br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px">?<span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Configure MID Server-based integrations and troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, scheduling, data load and transformation issues.<br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px">?<span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Partner with CMDB, SAM, HAM and business teams to define integration mappings, frequency, controls, error handling and reconciliation requirements.<br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px">?<span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Support integrations with SCCM, Intune, Jamf, cloud platforms, procurement tools, asset repositories and other enterprise data sources as applicable.<br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px">?<span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Develop integration monitoring, exception handling, logging, defect resolution and production support procedures.<br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px">?<span style="">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Prepare integration design documents, API specifications, data mappings, test evidence and handover documentation.<br/></p><p style="margin-top:0px">3.
